and....ACTION!

Just finished making our 3rd film for Production practise and i love it! Although i did find this one a little harder than the 1st two as it was difficult to find people who were available to film as we has to make a short documentary on someone with an interesting career. At first we were all set to film a photographer but in the end we did not have enough time to film him as he was due to go out of the country so we had to go for our back up which was an actress, who is a good friend of mine, making it a bit easier to contact! We organised when we were to film her and when we were to film her performing but we came across some problems as were unable to film her at any rehearsals but we were able to film her singing at a gig, which was a good experience as i felt like a proper little film maker! I learned a lot about the equipment when filming this as some of the sound quality was not up to scratch, mainly due to me being too close to the speakers..duh, but, I now know for next time which will make our last film even better! We were also able to gather up some images from her previous work and bring it together to create a short film that I am very happy with :-)
