Fake twitter!

In contemporary media issues we have been looking at social networking, so this week we have created a fake personality to post on twitter as a real person. My person was a 35 year old engineer called Tony Stamp with a twitter user name @thebigstamp. He lives in LA and basically builds things such as machines, robots etc. I tried to base my character on the Marvel comic character Iron Man aka Tony Stark..but it didn't turn out as interesting as I thought, as i had a grand total of two followers! One being a Miley Cyrus fan page...also, two days after I had created Mr Stamp, twitter blocked the account so he didn't have any time to make any more tweets :-( Overall, I enjoyed making the fake profile but it just shows you that you have to be pretty real for people to believe you! Just looked at this and now he has no followers at all! I may need to be a little more creative next time!
